A yellow highligher has never shown up on any of mine either. One day I had to use a blue one for some reason and that did - but the app still went through.

So - no carriers have true Tele-Sales for MA / MAPD then

If your scan is done in color, the yellow or other color of choice comes through...

Yellow doesn't show for me, but I've noticed that blue and green highliters do show up. I'm sure that any color besides yellow will show.
That would be great! Doing this virtually would really come in handy during AEP with your current book of business, that is in the event you have to switch a client to a different plan since its so busy during that time and still focus on growing your book. Huge time saver!
