Is there anywhere on the internet that shows what MA plans are terminating at the end of the year? If it were a page that showed all plans that would be great but even a carrier specific page or document would be very helpful.
(Specifically I'm wanting to know about situations in which the member will be forced to choose another plan. There are other cases in which plans are changing but where the member will just be rolled into another plan, thus not creating a GI situation.)
