MailSouth Shared Mailings

Has anyone used a shared mailing service (I am thinking about MailSouth) where a piece such as this in included in a packet with other people's mailers and mailed to rural areas?

there are 2 agencies in my area doing it for homeowners in the val-pak. they've been doing it for 6 months or so, so don't know if they are under contract, or getting enough results to justify doing it each month.

i have a buddy that owns a mechanic shop, and he kills it with those shared mailers... but of course its a coupon deal, cheap oil changes, etc

My guess is not for insurance products...
