I’m tired of being places were nobody speaks English . I’m tired of running into 100’s of people with visas getting free Obamacare . Chazm ppo’s dieing . A regional told me that a yr ago and i didn’t believe him . Cigna pulled there ppo’s in many states and didn’t touch the hmo’s . Anthem shelved all there ppo’s nationwide weeks before they made non commissionable plans. It’s something to do with the star ratings and much less money on ppo’s

Yes. PPOs are harder to get high star ratings because you’re not as limited on doctor choices. PPOs are starting to require you to elect a PCP, which might help them some.
