Market for Lessor's Risk W/Unacceptable Tenant

Howdy - need some help from more seasoned pros!

Client is being non-renewed from USLI because they are no longer willing to write a lessors risk with a homeless service center tenant. There is no overnight stays permitted, just showers, laundry facilities, donation events and meetings.

Is there any other California, admitted market that may consider this? There have been no losses, and single owner for 25+ years.
