Market for monthly payment PPA?

Do any auto carriers still offer a monthly paper bill via USPS, payable by a monthly check via USPS (not automatically withdrawn/paid electronically)?

Which state, what type of insurance? On the personal lines side, I think there are still some out there that allow for this.

From an agent perspective though, I typically do not think that this makes much sense.
