Our agency has been using in house telemarketing as our recipe for success but found it difficult keeping reliable producers in office. We tried out-sourcing to a couple different companies and got limited results. Currently we are working with GTN ( gtnetwork.org ) and are getting good returns on residential more then commercial. They produce around 1 quote per hour sometimes more. When cross selling we are getting multiple quotes per hour through GT Network and they actually obtain all the information that we need to prepare a quote. On gtnetwork.org they have a web based system so we can monitor in real time what kind of results they are getting and see how many leads they have dialed.

This is a great alternative to in-house telemarketing, they have promotions that run around $7.50 per hour and do not out-source any dialing overseas. This has saved our agency money just on hourly wages not to mention the higher production rates we get using a service like this opposed to in - house telemarketing. GTN dials extra if production is low at no charge to my agency, that is something no in-house rep has ever done for me. :)
