I apologize for the lengthy title but this is the first we see this issue and I understand that it may not be new. In our office we will try to help each out out. If one of us grabs the phone and it is the client of someone else in our office we may just quickly take care of a reenroll for a colleague. In that situation we would leave the name and npn of the other colleague who is on the app and push it through. Most of these were done through the double redirect with Sherpa. The challenge is that the insurance carriers are not showing the agent of record as the agent listed on the app but placing the business with agent who worked on the app. Sherpa blames the Marketplace and the Marketplace says they see the agent name that shows on the app and nothing else. Any insights?
