MD MHIP High Risk Pool Beneficiary Keeps Plan?

Anyone familiar with these states' high risk pools can possibly answer. This lady is in Maryland's high risk plan, she came in with a "pre-existing" condition of being pregnant. Will the plan kick her out once the baby is born or she will remain in the plan until 2014?

Just know that depending on her income, her child might be able to get free insurance after she gives birth at MCHIP: Maryland Children's Health Program

Probably cheaper for her to get a CareFirst HealthyBlue 2.0 plan post-pregnancy than to stay on MHIP.
