For 2 years, and has medicare parts A and B. Can I sign them up all year round through a SNP, or would they not qualify for a SNP and have to wait until AEP?

I was told the latter, but in completely one of my carrier's online training, it certainly sounded as though these people could be signed up year round.

They won't qualify for an SEP simply for being disabled, but will most likely qualify for "Extra Help" with prescription costs, which will create a year round SEP.

I am not clear if this person has had Medicare for 2 years, or have been disabled for 2 years and are now new to Medicare and in their ICEP.
