Med Supp cold calling?

What, if any, are the rules or restrictions related to cold calling on med supps? Assuming DNC is followed. Not talking MA's.

Are you free to cold call anyone from an over 65 list, and can you stop into businesses and leave brochures and your card etc for workers to take home to family members or themselves.

What are the watchouts there.
