Med Supp IMO

I'm in NJ and looking for an IMO that I can do med supp through ... In addition, what carriers would you contract with? AETNA and UHC?

I moved my contracts to Senior Market Sales just over a year ago and have been very happy. Of course, every IMO will have those who swear by them and others who hate them. The go to carriers vary by state, but I would say Aetna and UHC are pretty good places to start.

Todd King here on the forums, Ritter Insurance Marketing is another popular one.

JacobTN here on the forums runs an agency, he is a solid resource if you are interested in Telesales, I believe he could also contract you if you wanted training from him.

I use premiersenior marketing for supps, d and mapd.. they take ok care of me. I try not get in the way while they count the money I make for them.

Todd King is your man for Med Supp and Life. It is hard to find another IMO as honest as him to do business with in the Med Supp field.

I will toot my own horn here and say Senior Marketing Specialists. Yes, I do run their online University, but I will say they have a great staff here.

No matter who you go with, I would ask these questions:

Do they offer releases?
Do they require commission assignment?
What commission levels do they offer?
Back office support (what does that look like)

Interview them like you would a business partner.

I can help you when it comes to contracts as well as knowledge when it comes to sales both face to face as well as over the phone. Outside of me, Before my current venture, I had my Med supp contracts with Todd, and he was great to work with.
