Look up GreenSky and Daytona_Guy on the forum. They each have training that could help in some of the areas you requested.

1. Lots of good people / agencies on the forum - shop around and see who you mesh best with

2. Outsourcing telemarketing - freelance? Look at elance for telemarketers

3. Not sure on that...you will get numerous replies. I have been looking at AgencyBloc.

4. Read the forum, ask questions here, get carriers under your belt (don't just look at rates and commissions, check their underwriting guidelines as well), prospect, prospect, prospect...and then do some more prospecting...focus on getting in front of people.
