Med Supp Situation United AARP, Advice?

Met with the client on Oct 31 and faxed the application on Nov 1st. Client signature date is 10/31 and wants plan N for November 1st.

Never reached the portal, so I call back 2 days later and they said that page#2 was missing....Sounds like B.S. so I ask if I can refax it and they say OK.

Next day it has the client as accepted for plan F for Dec 1. Somehow they processed the first application with missing pages for wrong month and wrong plan.

After 5 days of arguing, I still have the 11/1 app for plan N still pending and the client calling me everyday. Does a med sup correction usually take this long? (NY)?
 
welcome to the AARP helpless desk. You are at their mercy. They are like no other company in the land. I have had emails from them from generic emails with no name attached so they just answer once. You respond and get no further response. It is really amazing.

Bottom line you just have to keep calling.
