Equitable as mentioned above or Aetna Health and Life, not to be confused with Aetna life.

Aetna- no oxygen/nebulizer or 3 or more medications for the condition.

thanks guys, always so helpful here! btw, I got my client in w/ equitable w/ Rheumatoid Arthritis... which is fantastic, gonna save her a BUNCH of money.
