If you have the applications Ja you can always send them in with a fax cover sheet for the correction to be fixed.
Please tell us you didn't do online enrollments !!
I never do online with them, they messed up 10 of my apps 1 year and my customers went months without drug coverage, paper apps are all I do from now on with uhc.

I feel like I have PTSD. My phone has gone from ringing off the hook to eerily quiet. I have several U65 leads to return calls to, but I don't feel like it. I'm exhausted. I'm taking it easy the next couple of days. I had an amazing AEP, I deserve a bit of a break!

It was a strange year in sw florida for this aep, seminar count was terrible and just didn't get that phone ringing like usual.

Same for me in Southern Arizona. Spent a lot of time on retention.
