Medicare Conversion Plan

Has anyone heard of a Medicare "Conversion Plan?" Talked to a person today who has had it through Aetna in Virginia for 22 years. It only pays Medicare Part A (what Medicare doesn't). No cov. for Part B.


Aetna is non renewing at the end of this month. He is age 50, and has paralysis. I don't know what his transfer options are if any.
