Medicare for ppl under 65

Does anyone have a good method of finding ppl that get Medicare under 65....either how to approach a disability lawyer, mailer, a list broker who can get this, whatever?

Ive talked to many ppl about this, no one seems to have a solution, so I thought I'd ask here to see if there's something the community of agents has found that I dont know about?

I've see some disability attorneys have am insurance division in house which makes all the sense in the world. Slip in a permission to call form 2 years prior while working with to get approved.

They have the effective date of disability too.
