Yep. That's why I'm waiting until Monday to start running comparisons. I don't want to have to run a bunch of them twice again this year.

Good reminders. I had forgotten how some of the initial update was incorrect last year. Also, you can pretty much count on the site crashing tomorrow and/or Friday - or at the very least, running super slow.

I always wait until at least 10/15

Well when you have several hundred clients, it helps to get started on the comparisons before 10/15. If I waited until 10/15 I would be dead in the water.
