Medicare.gov Drug Finder issues

I have tried several times over the last few days to log into Medicare.gov and try to look up drugs for my clients. Every time I click on the link "Find health and drug plans" I get a very large error message stating that my search has resulted in an error. Has anyone else encountered this? I have tried different browsers and different computers and I get the same thing.

Same here. Problem with chrome. Worked with firefox. Try rebooting

I've had problems past couple of days. I've gotten in the habit of clearing cookies and it fixes the problem temporarily.

Had the same problem on occasion. I only use Chrome, even on my Windoze computers. FF as a next to the last resort. IE as very last resort only on state govt sites that refuse to work with anything but IE

Chrome has had a lot of updates lately, especially for computers running on Chrome OS. Many browser updates are automatic but it is a good idea to do a manual update at least once a week. Some updates are security patches while others are functional, fixing glitches.

Same issue today. Clearing cache / cookies didn't help. Switching to incognito allowed me to run reports.

Does anyone know if you update a drug list that was created in the past, can the updated list be saved?

yes. it will update and keep the same Drug ID number they had previous.
