Medicare HMO vs. Medicare Advantage

Is a medicare HMO plan considered a medicare advantage plan, or are they two separate plans?

A medicare HMO is when medicare will reduce your premium from $134 to $19 (or $109 to $9 if enrolled prior to 2017), as long as you use medicare preferred doctors.

They waive the part B deductible for those on that plan.
