FYI...

Part B Premium $96.40 (who make less then $82K per year)

Part A Deductible $1,024
Days 61-90 $256 per day
91-150 - $512 per day

Part B Deductible $135

I got the coverage gap figures from Coventry's SOB.

The others I had to do a google search.

CMS for some reason was not releasing the Part B premium and new deductibles. But then again, it is the government and common sense is optional.

I'm assuming the Part B coinsurance is still 80-20 since nothing has been announced otherwise. I saw some rumors of 75-25 being under consideration.
