Good question. Integrated? Not that I'm aware of.

Interestingly, I didn't see any thing in Jarvis for the SOA. I had them sign a SOA via Medicareful's site, and it's saved in my records, but I didn't submit it to UHC as I did not see any instructions to do so.

Anyone else know the answer?
I don't think all the companies require you to submit the SOA to them. Some do.

For others, they just expect you to make it available if there is a complaint.

So many agents think the OM vs MA is about monthly premium or MOOP.

It's not.

It's about ACCESS to providers.

I have thought balloons too. But sometimes I hear the words and think, Did I just say that out loud?
I can't remember all the things you put in the post, but this thread would be a great place for you to repeat your past post about all the "secret" ways MA carriers "raise premiums" for their insureds.
