Medigap, MAPD Alternative?

Is anything available for seniors that cannot qualify for, or afford Medigap and MAPD is not an option? Some kind of GI or simplified underwriting to help with original Medicare OOP.

Some cases have no solution. Personally, as a measure of CYA, I'd not sell a beneficiary a product in this situation. They can easily say you said you said it was a supp.

The scope guidelines are somewhat ridiculous. Are the majority of agents actually waiting for the return of a signed scope before making an appt?
