Can someone briefly explain how the IVR/telephone signature process works.
Is there a difference between IVR and telephone signature?
Is it just asking the client for some basic info and then repeating some words?
If the carrier doesn't have a remote signature option other than IVR/telephone, then I'd have to use it.
Just looking to see if it's something very simple for the client.
