Misbehaving CEOs in Healthcare?

We have heard of many CEOs in industry and finance who have taken control of companies, extracted a lot of money from them, and led them into disaster. Such as Ken Lay at Enron or "chainsaw" Dunlap at Scott Paper and elsewhere.

Living in France, I am not aware of any similar phenomenon in the US healthcare or health insurance sectors, but I suspect there may have been comparable cases. Can anyone enlighten me on this point?

A good bit of "American food" has its roots in French/European cooking. If you like fried anything you can thank the French for perfecting modern frying techniques... but don't thank them too much!! Lol

French cooking also has a lot of sauces made with real butter and heavy cream.

Not that there is anything wrong with that of course.

I have some Julia Child cookbooks. Delicious recipes but you can't eat too much.
