I use Health Sherpa to enroll clients so they don't have a user/sign on to healthcare.gov. When they didn't receive their 1095, they called the Marketplace to ask for it to be re-sent. The Marketplace tells them their user name is JKinzie, the beginning of my FFM#, and tells them to reset their password. They try and can't. The call me frustrated and asking me for the password. Does anyone have a method to get the 1095 if it doesn't arrive at the client's home? I called the Marketplace and asked them and they won't talk with me. I called the agent helpline and they said they weren't able to help with this type of problem. People can't file their taxes without it so they are stuck trying to call the Marketplace back and find someone who will not be inept.
