Missing Zip Code Search

I own a website that offers auto insurance and is missing a section where people would add their zip code (which performs a search for the nearest agent or city ......).
Can any one help me find this small add on (software or code)
to add to my site.

That's a pretty complicated script. Where would you get the database? You may be able to find someone reasonable on oDesk.com.

The USPS has assigned a city name to every zip code. Assuming you can get the list, it should be rather easy to generate a city name from the zip code. Of course, some cities have no zip codes in which they are the named city, and there are some where the assignment doesn't seem to make sense.
