I am needing someone in TN who has a good mobile home option. Already looked at Foremost and Aegis rate was 2400.

We do a lot of mobile homes in Tennessee - National Lloyd's, National Security, Erie, MetLife are our go-to's

I have MetLife but they won't like this one because there is a pool and 3 acres.

I gotcha Erie will do it with the acreage and pool as long as it is fenced. Erie does well on mobile home. They used to do better - but got smart!
