I thought for sure I could beat the rate the cust (69F) was paying for SH Plan G but low and behold MoO was $6 bucks a month more with the new rates. I called SH and they don't offer Plan G anymore.

Don't worry...those rates will go up by next year.
I wrote for SH/Pacificare several years ago...best rates around.....and then they started to raise the rates.
This business is like the weather.....always changing.
However, don't be the kind of agent who will change a client for a mere $6 a month. The savings is not that great to affect their standard of living, and it just creates instability in your stable of clients. (cheapa** agent in his cheapa**s suit). That rollover game is crazy.
