More MA Aggressive Sales

    Looks like agents will be facing more blame, oversight, and additional hours of repetitive (non-CE) training.

    When will these people understand that you can't substitute regulatory oversight (states do it best) with classroom ethics training. They need to give back the regulatory powers to the states and then we will see a real crack down of abusive agents.

    The states should regulate agents and the Feds should regulate the MA carriers.

    Let's end this Federal facade.
