Mother In Law - Ind Health Carrier pulling out of county. Doctors left the Network.

Does she need to find a new plan by Dec 7th -or- since Carrier bailed, maybe have a Special Enrollment?

Not my cup a tea and I know nada about non-medicare Health plans.

Heathy, non Smoker, 60 year female, zip code 31419
