Sounds good to me...Though to some in certain areas of town...cough cough welfare queens, everyday is that holiday. I suspect if Russia wasn't the Vodka capital of the world, life expectancy would be higher.
Ironically, September 12 is my birthday! How nice of them to think of me this way. I'll gladly add to Russia's population if they could somehow arrange for me to marry Marat Safin. Sigh.
