Multiple Cancers Life Insurance 72 M Underwriting Opinion

I have a new case that I need shopped. I'm not sure if we can find him a home or not, but I want to give it a shot.


Male Non Smoker
Takes Blood Pressure, cholesterol, and gout medication (all controlled)


Had prostate cancer November '08. Treatments until January '09. Current PSA as of June 2010 is .21. He also had a melanoma skin cancer removed from his back in July of 2010 as well as some basal cell spots removed.

Looking for 10 yr term anywhere from 100k to 500k. Think there might be any takers?

Where do you prospect, the doctor's office? You've posted several high risk cases so far.

The non high risk cases I don't have questions on, I can handle those myself.......

But more power to you, if you can place the high risk cases they are always more grateful and appreciate your help more than the 30 year old supermen and women.

You could try Pru, but given the data on the prostate...it could be a long-shot at best.

He would probably be a postpone because of the melanoma until he's had some follow-up done. Has there been any since then?

A follow up as in a couple months after it was removed because he has had that.
