Must submit websites if you sell MAPD or Part D?

Do you have to submit your website(s) if you explain MAPD and Part D, but don't mention any specific plans?

This is similar to the seminar question - about not having to register the seminar as long as you don't mention any specific plans or carriers.

I have a website that educate folks about Medicare Advantage, Med Supps and Part D. It only includes generic info and nothing carrier specific. My upline reviewed it and said it was fine. My understanding is that if no plan specific info is included, it does not have to be submitted to the carrier. Same way with generic letters to your members. If no plan specific info is included, you don't need plan review or approval.

That's what I was thinking.

Same goes for reports, etc. that you use for lead generation on your website I suppose.
