Rate stability and customer service have been my two reasons for the past couple of years
I've written a couple -- literally that, but there were specific circumstances to do so. Otherwise, no. Most clients, if you tell them "this isn't the cheapest, but, this is why I suggest them," will agree as long as the price is reasonable and competitive.

I'm done with them, too. I have moved every MoO, UoO, UW client that can be moved to other companies. I have about 15 left with Name of moment Omaha that are just stuck because of medical issues.
I don't ever intend to put another person with any Omaha comapny under whatever name they may use.
