I haven't wrote a single thing with them in Philly.

They were having talks about moving to a named driver policy for personal auto but don't know what the final decision was on it.

Ok for commercial auto with weird risks like movers and some transportation.

I've got them in LA & MS. They are my number 3 auto carrier. I've had good experience with them. The only detraction is that they always want the prior carrier dec page.

Seems to be really state specific. A couple of years ago, they were highly competitive in NC. I don't know about now. In SC they are useless.

They dont require prior, im sure he meant theybrequire a dec page for transfer discount. Ive heard they can be sticklers on that kind of stuff. They seem to fill about the same void as progressive, nonstandard and middle market. They aren't too competitive for preferred clients.

They also have a bare bones state minimum product that is good. They seem to be decent on standard but definitely not preferred.
