Need Advice Insurance Cluster in Southern California

I just move to Southern California, and just got insurance licences P&C, Life and Health. I was a Real Estate Agent before and familiar with running an independence business and how to manage agents. I have a niche market and a marketing strategy I think will help my new business to success. I just set up an independence insurance agency and I am looking for a Cluster to join.

Senior insurance agent: please give me advice which Insurance Cluster is the best so I can join ? My criteria will be
- Cluster reputable in Southern California, have good and competitive products
- Accept brand new agency. I dont mind to pay membership fee
- Have good management software help to run business
- Can do business in other states like Texas, Arizona, Florida
- Assist and help new agency to become success
