Need Advise

I have a client who under the cover of darkness has moved to arizona from the midwest with his 2nd wife. His son remained in the midwest with his mom. The client, 2nd wife, son are on an assurant policy in the ppom network. My question to all you wise, savvy, and experienced individuals is this: What would you advise to be the best and most seamless solution for this family? They are all preferred. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
