Need BCBS/TX Contract...

I don't know if I have to go direct for BCBS/TX or not, but if someone can tell me, that would be great. Any GAs out there who have good contracts with BCBS? Let me hear from you...and if I do have to go direct, that would be good info, too....thanks.

I don't know if they use GA's on the indy side or not. I do know they go direct. Good luck. Its not like they are a little busy or anything.

There are all these new companies (mostly HMOs) that I'm seeing for this one client. Sendero, Ambetter...I see you're in Texas, too. What are you doing with these new players?

I'm pretty much only selling in DFW , so I only had to add Scott and White.

I talked to a guy today in San Marcos. Ambetter (sp) was the cheapest. By $5. I told him I had never heard it and he should spend the extra $5 on Blue Cross instead of some new company no one had heard of. He agreed. Policy sold. Next.

Its not worth the hassle for 1 HMO client. Sell it on Sherpa or hc.gov and worry about the whopping $20 later.
