Need Carriers in Illinois

Does anyone have any experience with ASNOA? I talked to them and the commission split seems good and the carriers are ones that are competitive in my area. To use them though you have to use only their carriers, you can't use outside carriers. I'm captive now and a little gun shy of being locked in like that.

I know of ASNOA but do not know the ins-and-outs of their program. As you vet any groups and look to become an IA, you'll want to consider all aspects: strength of contract, training & support, carrier alignment and transparency of the group.
