Hello---

Well--I just have to ask---maybe it's out there! I have a need
for a life company for $50,000 for a 49 year old who does not
have checking and wants to use his pre-paid debit card for
premiums...is it out there? No--it doesn't have a VISA logo.
They are against banks. Ideas?

Pre-paid debit cards have either the VISA or MC logo on them. Otherwise, they are some other kind of card - probably a standard ATM card.

Here's a wild stab at it: If he were to have funds direct deposited to this "account", couldn't he just use the routing number and account number to set up a debit for a policy?

Otherwise, have him buy on a quarterly, semi or annual basis.

If it does have a logo, Amex, Discover, MasterCard or Visa, Fidelity Life takes credit/debit cards for monthly payments

If he is going to spend the money to load a pre-paid debit card, instead use the money to buy money orders or cashiers checks.
Some companies may allow to pay monthly that way (for added fee). At the least, money order or cashiers check to pay quarterly, semi-annual, or annual.
