That is why you'll see that Voyager Financial is licensed out of Delware or something like that.

I didn't think a state would license you if you had your licensed revoked in another state.

No, he's not a licensed insurance agent. All he does is to negotiated contracts and set you up with them. He gets some sort of kickback for that.
