I'm still pretty new to using HS. Most of the time, I'm getting emailed 3-4 minutes after submitting via Sherpa that the client is enrolled along with the subsidy determination.
I have one client whose application has stayed "submitted", but has not updated to "enrolled". I tried deleting the application and resubmitting it, same issue.
Anyone run into this and what's the best course of action?
