Need Help Learning how to Use Internet Marketing & Social Media for Recruiting Agents

I am new to Life Insurance & right now the focus is recruiting new agents as I learn all the products.

Has anyone found a successful way to use the Internet to get leads for recruiting agents. I have tried Craigslist, looking at buying leads (but skeptical) I am just learning Social Media.

I would appreciate any advice.

What in the world would attract me or any other agent to sign up under you if you don't have years of successful insurance sales experience and/or huge commission contracts? You certainly can't teach anything?

Not to pick on you because I assume you are green. But agencies that want new agents to recruit are bad for your career. You can find better than that.

A massive tree got struck down, down my street (covers the entire street). Can't get out that direction...gotta go completely around the block to get to another exit. But other than that, all is well.

My old stomping ground (when it was Harrahs) casino got nailed pretty good and I've stayed at that Holiday Inn a few times when I visit town. Glad you're virtually unscathed.
