Need Info on Lloyd's for FL Policy

Not having a P&C license, I don't know much about Lloyd's of London. I just got a quote for a HO policy for my manufactured home in Florida that an agent said was the best quote she had. This is an old MH (1982) that I inherited from my late sister's estate. I realize that the age of the MH and the exposure to hurricanes being the state's motif drives risk and therefore underwriting. Citizens has been suggested, but I understand it is the state sponsored insurer of last resort and so I don't want to go there, but is Lloyd's a good alternative? (This is for me, not a client)

Lloyds is going to be excess and surplus. Does it include wind? The mobile market is tough in Florida, especially on the older ones.
