It is an FMO and they pay $355 for UHC MA, $330 for Humana MA and 15% for Moo supps and 18% for Loyal American. Not sure about renewal rates.

If those are the rates that they're paying you for new business ( not renewal), then get the hell out of there quickly. Street levels for a renewal MA are $252 and ICEP (new business) $454.
I believe its even higher in California.

Actually the allowable commission for those who are new to MA plans (not necessarily ICEP) is $504.
