Re: Need Some Help with a Client

Build is 3 tables by industry standard. Assuming it's DM II, "average" blood sugar control, no complications, 3 more tables. If A1c is "optimal" control, you can take 1-2 tables off DM rate.

I wouldn't quote less than a T-4 on a fully underwritten product. Be realistic at a T-6 and hope for better. Pretty young for diabetes.

Insurancemonkey,

What kind of view would you have on this if the PI in this case had an LDL above 140 and/or Tri's above 150?

My experience has been the least amount of consistency exists when it comes to cholesterol.

BP tends to be pretty much the same, but cholesterol varies a good bit, though I would argue arteriosclerosis risk would be more problematic with elevated lipids than by hbp alone.

UHL has some simplified products she should fit within and it will save all the other B.S. By the time she is done with underwriting, I would bet they are priced better. Ask Wino, he will be able to tell you.

A good case for a SITerm plan. IMHO
