Need some sound advice guys!

Ok so Im gonna put you guys to the test. Please keep in mind that is a close personal friend and I certainly want to EVERYTHING IN MY POWER to help him.

Heres the deal.

Dad is 32 fine health
Mom is 31 over weight - guessing (170- 5'4")
Daughter 3 diagnosed with Type II about 4 months ago- insulin 4x a day

They are about to incure a 43% rate hike. Not sure who the current carrier is..still waiting on that info. I know baby is gonna be an auto decline. What can I do to help them?

The Mom is big, but not so big as to be a decline.

Shop the coverage, apply for something new (include the baby).

When the baby is declined, put her in the Missouri Health Insurance Plan. Looks pretty decent for a state risk pool.
