Need to Find Coverage for Window Cleaning Operations

Hi all,

I'm having some trouble finding a market for a window cleaning operation here in NJ. The insured cleans exterior windows of large hotels. Maybe 10 stories up. Does anyone know of a company that will quote this type of risk?

Second that, E&S. I just wrote a window washer w/Liberty Mutual but their first question is: how many stories? If it's over 3 stories, they aren't writing it. I don't know if that's region specific (I'm in WA), but it seems the preferred carriers do not want to touch anything over 3 stories. Also, another question was if they use a squeegee or a power washer? The squeegee was fine; power washer, no go.
